This policy explains what Your Marketing Company ("we") collects when a business connects its accounts to our publishing service, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account access tokens that Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, GitHub or Ghost give us when you press Connect and approve access. We never receive your passwords.
• Basic account details needed to post: the name and ID of your Page, profile, channel or blog.
• Business details you or your agency provide: business name, address, phone, website, logo and photos, used in your posts.
• Your review answers (accept / requested changes) if you use the monthly review.

How we use it

Only to publish the posts you or your agency asked us to publish to your own accounts, to show you those posts for review, and to keep the connection working (for example refreshing an expired token). We do not read your private messages, do not post anything you did not ask for, do not sell your data, and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Access tokens are encrypted as soon as you connect and can only be opened by our publishing software. They are kept until you disconnect or ask us to delete them.

Sharing

We share data only with the platform you are posting to (for example, a Facebook post is sent to Facebook) and with service providers that host our software, under confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can remove our access at any time in each platform's settings, and ask us to delete everything we hold — see data deletion.
